Subject : Changes in Incentive Dispatch Mode
Associates are hereby informed that all eligible
associates who have traveled more than one mile, shall be dispatched Incentive
payment by ICICI or HDFC Bank Check or by Intra bank transfer only,
irrespective of the availability of ICICI or HDFC bank in their city. This
also includes payment to associates to whom SBI drafts were being sent.
All Associates, who do not have an account in HDFC or
ICICI, BOP, UTI, bank are requested to open the same to facilitate fast
clearance of the same. This is being done in order to resolve the delay in
draft payments, and shall hold good for all times to come.
Associates who do not have HDFC, ICICI, BOP, UTI,
Bank in their city, may open account with them in their nearest city, and use
their debit cards while withdrawing cash from Any VISA/MASTER ATM of any other
bank in their city.

Dear
Academy Partners,
It
is to bring to your kind notice that the SOP course has been redesigned to be
completed within one month to keep it more focused and worthy of the cause,
for which it was designed and introduced in the system. It is therefore
informed to you that from now on only one book, which is an improvised version
of SOP- book 1, shall be taught to the qualifying candidates.
As
for the reimbursement, it has been reduced to Rs.200/- on pro rata basis, as
initially the course was taught over 02 months, this new course shall be
taught within one month. This does not change any statistics of running the
academy in terms of financial and quality performance, as none of the student
to class ratio changes in a month changes. This shall come in effect from 1st
November 2005. All academies are therefore intimated of the above mentioned
change and are requested to further enroll students in the new course only.
All
centers are requested to submit the batch reports, attendance reports,
completely filled registration forms of all the concerned students for the
ongoing batches in the academy for the purpose of our records and verification
from our teams, not later than the 20th of October 2005.
Also
with effect from 1st October 2005, the franchisee fee for opening of the new
centers has been increased to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) which
include a new advanced kit for the centers. Please contact the New Delhi

in order for us to process their requests faster. A Copy of all this
information is required to be kept at the center at all times, for inspection
by the authorized persons. Incomplete Information shall not be processed,

Requirements

Complete Filled Enrolments /Registration Forms of the Student with colored
photograph passport style, size 35x45mm on white/light background and
their identity proof, such as drivers license, passport, ration card,
Voter Card, Student I.D. card, service card etc.

Attendance and Batch Details of the Students as per the format as
available here.

Certificate Requisition form for Issuance of Certificates as per the
format available here.
For BigBanyanTree.com Associates who are availing discounts as offered to them
or a doing “Smart Office Professional” courses.

A Copy
of the Invoice, if the associate is doing the course himself/herself along
with Identity Proof as mentioned above.

A
Request letter for transfer of course from the associate as per the
available format if someone else is
doing the course on his/her behalf along with Identity proofs of both the
associate and the prospective student.
Important

Please note that in all the above matters the checked answer sheets must
come to Delhi along with attendance, batch details and certificate
requisition request, for verification of the student details, processing
of payments and issuance of certificates related to the same.

Please see that the SOP course is FREE for all associates who wish to
learn the basic computers, including MS-Word, Excel, Internet, Hardware,
Personality Development etc. The course duration is 02 hrs. everyday
(1hr. Th. + 1 hr. Pr.) 02 months alternate days or 01 month everyday.

The
discounts coupons shall not be required to be produced for the SOP
Course. Even after doing a SOP course, one shall be eligible for
discounts of Rs.6000/- at all courses above Rs.10,000/- or 20-30%

Last
date of joining the SOP course is being extended from 15 days to 45 days
